SHIPPING POLICY

IXTAbox ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Åland. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery from production is normally 2–3 weeks. Shipping time after dispatch is typically 2–3 business days within Scandinavia and 2–5 business days for the rest of Europe.

A fixed shipping cost is added to the product price at checkout.

International shipments to Norway and Switzerland require customs documentation (CN-23 form). As these countries are outside the European Union, orders may be subject to local import VAT and customs duties upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Note for Norwegian customers: Norwegian VAT (MVA) registration for BASEWORK AB is currently in progress. Until registration is complete, VAT is not collected at checkout, and customers may be assessed MVA by Norwegian customs upon delivery.

As all products are made to order, returns are not accepted. Damaged items must be reported immediately with photographic evidence to info@ixtabox.com.
