RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

IXTAbox products are made to order and are therefore not eligible for returns or refunds based on change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged during transport, contact us immediately at info@ixtabox.com with photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. We will assess the situation and offer repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

IXTAbox provides a 5-year warranty on the aluminum box and its supporting steel structure. The following components are not covered by the warranty: rubber lining, LED lights, reflectors, or handles.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation in the EU and EEA, including Norway (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), customers retain statutory rights to a remedy in cases of damaged, defective, or non-conforming products. These rights are not affected by our made-to-order policy.
